Terms of Service
What this service does, what it does not do, and what you accept by using it.
Last updated 30 July 2026
1. What we do
We exchange the coin you send for Monero. You choose what to send, give a Monero address, and send the deposit to the one-time address we show you. The Monero arrives at the address you gave.
Monero is the only asset we sell. We do not exchange in the other direction and we do not exchange between two non-Monero assets.
2. No account
There is no registration, no email, no password and no profile. An order is identified by its id, and that id is the only thing needed to reopen it and the chat attached to it. We do not ask who you are and we have no identity verification to fail.
3. Rates and fees
Rates float: the quote you see is the market rate at that moment, and the final amount is determined when your deposit is confirmed, not when you opened the page. Our commission is a percentage shown before you commit, and the network fee is shown as its own line. We do not round quietly.
Part of the exchange may be executed through third-party liquidity, whose own spread and fees are reflected in the amount quoted to you.
4. Deposit address lifetime
Each order gets its own deposit address, watched for a limited window shown on the order page. A deposit that arrives after the window, or on a different network than the one stated, is not processed automatically and needs a human. Open the chat with your order id.
5. Minimums and maximums
Each coin has bounds shown on the exchange panel. A deposit below the minimum cannot be exchanged and cannot be returned automatically because network fees would consume it; it is held for manual review. A deposit above the maximum is held until an operator can process it in batches.
6. Returns
If an exchange cannot complete — because liquidity failed, a pair halted, or an asset became unavailable — the deposit is returned. We return to an address you provide in the order chat, minus the network fee required to send it. We do not return to the address the deposit was sent from: on many networks that is an exchange hot wallet or a router that cannot credit incoming funds.
Returns are executed by an operator, not by code, so they take longer than the exchange itself.
7. Chat and disputes
The chat on your order page is the only support channel. It connects to the people who run the service. Messages are encrypted at rest and accessible only with the order id or by an operator.
We do not discuss orders on forums, in public channels, or over email. If someone claiming to be us asks you to continue elsewhere, they are not us.
8. Tor and mirrors
The service runs on clearnet and as an onion service. Both reach the same backend; an order created on one can be viewed and chatted in on the other using the same id.
The only authentic onion address is the one published on our PGP key page and in our signed forum announcements. Anyone offering an alternative mirror is not affiliated with us.
9. What we cannot promise
We cannot reverse a completed transaction. Once Monero has been sent to the address you provided, the exchange is finished and irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or with missing memo tags on networks that require them.
Blockchain confirmation times are outside our control. An exchange begins only after your deposit reaches the required number of confirmations.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms by updating this page. The terms that govern an exchange are the terms that were live when the order was created.
