Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to register and no email to give. An exchange is one form: what you send, and the Monero address to send it to.
Will you ask for documents or verification?
No. We do not run KYC or AML checks on the people using the service, and we do not have a process that could ask you for a document.
How long does it take?
Around five minutes once your deposit is confirmed. Before that, the wait is the sending network confirming your transaction, which is outside anyone here — the order page shows the real confirmation count rather than a countdown, so you can see exactly where it stands.
What if I send a different amount than quoted?
The exchange proceeds on what actually arrived, recalculated at that moment. Sending more or less than the quote does not fail the order; it changes what you receive. Amounts outside the accepted bounds are held for an operator instead of being processed automatically.
What if the rate moves while I am paying?
The rate is applied when your deposit confirms, not when the order was created. That is why the quote on the panel refreshes continuously — the number you commit to is the number that is live, and we do not hold a rate we cannot honour.
Can I cancel or get the funds back?
Before you send anything, simply do not send it — an unpaid order expires on its own. After a deposit arrives, contact us in the chat on the order page. A return goes to an address you confirm with us, and it is handled by a person rather than automatically.
What do you keep?
The order and its chat, so a dispute can be settled later. There is no account to attach it to, no email, and no name — the record is what happened on-chain and what was said about it.
